System Overview & Control Logic

How DACOS Omni fits together: kit → printed calibrator → installed plates → daily production. Where the offset choice lives and what stays locked once calibrated.

DACOS Omni installed on a branded articulator: upper plate fixed, magnetised Gemini Calibrator snapped in place, lower bowl positioned underneath.

The Direct and Flex installation walkthroughs (DAC explaining the procedure on a real articulator) live in Lesson 03 — Omni Plates Installation. Watch them when you're at the bench, plates in hand.

Two installation styles, same system

DACOS Omni installs onto your articulator in one of two ways depending on your kit. Both produce the same magnetised reference once calibrated — the difference is how the plates anchor to your articulator.

Direct kit installed on a branded articulator with plates locked to the articulator's native interface.
DIRECT · BRANDED

Artex / SAM / Asa

Plates mount to the articulator's native split-cast or screw interface. Brand-specific upper plate.

Flex kit being installed: red Flex plates with Gemini Calibrator stacked between them, on a SAM articulator with the Bonwill elastic visible.
FLEX · UNIVERSAL

Any articulator

Plaster-fixed onto any articulator using the Bonwill elastic as the occlusal-plane reference. One-time install.
